Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in all 50 U.S. states. We don't ship to U.S. territories or to P.O. boxes.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Your robot arrives within 30 days of your order. We email you a tracking number as soon as it ships, and you can follow it anytime on our order tracking page.

Delays

If your order is going to arrive later than that, we'll email you with a new delivery date. You can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Damaged in transit

If your robot arrives damaged, email hello.wildcowbrandstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the box and the robot. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
