Returns and refunds

30-day returns

Try it on your own windows. If it isn't right for your glass, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It's fine if you've used it.

What to send back

Please return the robot with everything that came in the box, in the original packaging if you still have it.

How to start a return

Email hello.wildcowbrandstudio@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping

If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping. If your robot arrives damaged, has a defect or is the wrong item, we pay for return shipping.

Defective units

If your robot stops working within 30 days of delivery, we'll replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

We issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive your return. There are no restocking fees.
