This policy explains what Wild Cow Brand Studio ("we") collects when you visit windowwashingrobot.com or buy from us.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, shipping address, email and phone number, so we can ship your order and contact you about it.
• Payment details: Square processes all payments. We never see or store your full card number.
• Email sign-ups: if you join our waitlist, we collect your email address to tell you when the robot is available.
• Messages: if you use our contact form, we collect your name, email and message so we can reply.
• Reviews: if you submit a review, we collect your name, email and review. We publish only your review and first name with last initial, never your email.
• Site usage: we use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags and cookies to understand how visitors use the site and which ads lead to purchases.

How we use it

We use it to process and ship orders, answer questions, handle returns, send the emails you asked for and measure our advertising. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share it only with the services needed to run the store: Square (payments), Netlify (website hosting and forms), our supplier and shipping carriers (delivery) and Google (analytics and ad measurement).

Emails

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Order and shipping emails are sent as needed for your purchase.

Your choices

Children

This site isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
